Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected and used when you use "Corn" mobile application. I, Khokholkov Dmytro am the developer of "Corn" mobile application. Everywhere in this Privacy Policy "I" and "me" are meant Khokholkov Dmytro. From now I will name "Corn" mobile application the 'Application'. Application is designed for use by employees of companies in grain trade business sector. It is an instrument which allows to perform business related operations by utilizing backend API Corn 3.0. From now I will name employer company in which user is employed as 'Employer'. Privacy Policy applies to you when you use Application with credentials, which are provided by Employer, for login into Application.

2. Personal Data Collected From You

Application does not collect user's Personal Data, location information, payment details, credit/debit cards information and other user related personal information. Application collects the Usage Data. This data includes application crash information and other diagnostic data. Usage Data includes device model, iOS version, Cellular operator name and other device related technical information. User's Private Data may be shown on different screens in Application. This data is received only from backend server. User's Private Data which is kept on backend server include data which is provided by user as employee to the Employer under separate agreement.

3. How Personal Data is collected

Users may only use accounts with credentials which are provided by Employer. Application does not have functionality to create an account and does not have any forms to fill in with user's Personal Data. Accounts are created on backend server using internal organizational and technical processes of Employer. Application does not send Personal Data from device to backend server. The Usage Data is collected by Apple's crash report system. I get it throw secured connection.

4. How I use your data

I collect Usage Data to fix issues in Application which cause crashes or other technical problems. Although this data is used to improve Application performance and security.

5. How I store your data

I securely store collected Usage Data on work computers using technical safeguards. For example, I use disk encryption to protect data.

6. Retaining your information

I retain Usage Data which is collected for different periods of time. This data is retained for period of time required for analyzing and performing the scope of measures to resolve the occurred problem. I will keep collected data for no more than half of the year. Once this time has expired, I will delete collected data from work computers.

7. Your data protection rights

I would like to make sure you understand all of your data protection rights. All data protection rights should be described in separate agreement with Employer. These protection rights should include rights to access, correct, erase and process of personal data. I and Application do not provide any services to support data protection rights because I and Application do not collect and do not manage user's Personal Data which is provided by user to Employer.

8. Children’s Privacy

Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16.

9. Changes to privacy policy

I reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time, so please review it regularly. If I make changes to this Policy, Employer will notify users by email or other internal organizational and technical processes of Employer, prior to the changes becoming effective.
